The LS2000 is a line of sight infrared gas detection system that provides continuous monitoring of combustible hydrocarbon gas concentrations in the range of 0 to 5 LFL-meters, over a distance of 5 to 120 meters. System outputs include 4-20 mA with HART, RS-485 MODBUS and alarm and fault relays contacts.
The system consists of two stainless steel modules — a transmitter and a receiver. The receiver provides the measurement signal outputs, and is furnished with onboard “status indication” LEDs and an internal magnetic calibration switch.
The FlexSight™ LS2000 was publicly released for sale in May, 2015 and shipments began immediately.
The Rosemount 3051S Electronic Remote Sensors (ERS™) System safety certified in November 2014 is your system that provides a complete solution for sensor element in safety applications. ERS Systems provide a comprehensive analysis using route 2H from IEC 61508 which includes sensors and remote diaphragm seals. ERS Systems are comprised of two Rosemount 3051S pressure sensors connected through a non-proprietary electric cable which calculates the differential pressure (DP) and transmits the value via a standard two-wire 4-20 mA HART signal. The differential pressure measurement is calculated by the electronics contained in the primary sensor.

First launched over 10 years ago, the product has been in continuous development for over 12 years culminating with the launch of the 2nd generation of the product in April 2015. Initial shipments will begin in November of 2015.
