Will I be able to access the training course from either a MAC or PC?

I see that the courses are 4 hours at a time. Will I be given a break?

I see that you are using Adobe Connect for this training. Is this something that I have to download?

It looks as though my only payment option is PayPal. What if I want to pay by check or PO?

Will I have audio capability? What if I want to ask the instructor a question?
Will I receive Professional Development Hours (PDH) or Continuing Education Units (CEU) by attending?
- Yes. The hours that you earn will reflect on the length of the specific training. For example, an 8 hour course will result in 8 PDH and .8 CEU.
- Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate via mail or email.
Will I be able to access the training course from either a MAC or PC?
- Yes, this training is compatible with both.
I see that the courses are 4 hours at a time. Will I be given a break?
- Yes, you will be given breaks throughout the training. When and how long the breaks will be are at the discretion of the instructor.
I see that you are using Adobe Connect for this training. Is this something that I have to download?
- No. This is a browser-based training.
It looks as though my only payment option is PayPal. What if I want to pay by check or PO?
- If you would like to use a different method of payment other than PayPal, please contact exida directly at (215) 453-1720.
A reliable audio source would be necessary for a virtual training. Will I need a telephone, or will the audio broadcast through my computer?
- The audio will be provided through your computer. However, if you are having trouble with your audio, we ask to please let the instructor know through the chat option, and he/she will provide you with call-in information.
Will I have audio capability? What if I want to ask the instructor a question?
- In order to ask a question, you must have a microphone. However, if that is not an option, you can always ask a question through the training software.
Can I access from a mobile device?
- Yes. There is an app that is compatible with your iPad, iPhone, or Android device. You can access the app from either listed below:
