SILAlarm™

The SILAlarm™ ‘front end’ application contains the following functionality:

Import and export of bulk alarm data via spreadsheets.

A powerful database search facility for alarm sorting and grouping.

Alarm prioritisation using the EEMUA based Consequence Graph or Summating the Consequences methods which both include safety, economic and environmental consequences capability. Full user calibration facility provided for all methods.

An alarm clone facility to aid in rapid configuration of individual alarms.

The ability to copy selected data from any alarm in a selected group, to all other group members.

The configuration details for ‘first up’, dynamic or static suppression groups.

Assigning any alarm to appear on multiple annunciation devices, with different priorities.

Raising Actions during the alarm review and e-mailing directly from a meeting.

The generation of comprehensive report sets plus statistical analysis of alarm records.

SILHazop™

The SILHazop™ ‘front end’ application contains the following functionality:
The direct import of HAZOP team disciplines, fluids, guidewords, lines, nodes, causes, consequences, measurement types, measurement units, parameters, priorities and HAZOP team pool.

Export of the above plus a preformatted export of the required Safety Instrumented functions which can be imported into SILClass™ and SILLopa™. The HAZOP findings can also be directly imported into SILLopa™.

Complete structured Worksheets for the HAZOP assessments for process nodes and lines by using all the traditional guidewords and parameters (deviations) and track all adjacent lines and nodes.

Configurable parameter sets for each line or node to remove unnecessary review work and pull down glossary selections to significantly reduce data input time.

The HAZOP team and details can be captured for each assessment with actions recorded and em-ailed directly from the application during a HAZOP review meeting if required.

HAZOP action responses can be logged to aid management and close out.

User configured reporting to provide fully comprehensive or summary output.
