What you’re good at 

You’re a self-starter and an independent learner who is able to master new skills quickly. With minimal supervision, you anticipate needs, take action and create efficiency. You’re organized and know the art of building relationships with peers, executives, and clients. Reporting to the CEO, you will: 

  • Produce, proof, and format written correspondences, proposals, technical documentation, and project budgets.
  • Schedule meetings and compose emails in a timely manner.
  • Manage and prioritize calendar by scheduling conference calls and meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Be responsible for the upkeep of a records management system, ensuring all documents and data is up to date. Support with the printing and filing of documentation.
  • Read and interpret technical data, develop accurate work instructions with input from team members.
  • Conduct audits of completed projects, create quality assurance checklists and update project closing reports

Skills and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma at minimum; Associate Degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred 
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfort working with specialized computer software
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  •  Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with tact
  • U.S. work authorization
  • Successful completion of background check
