Gas Detection and Safety Instrumented Systems
Recording Date: June 2014
Many critical functions rely on effective gas monitoring and detection. When the functions are part of safety instrumented systems, additional requirements apply for the process owners and equipment suppliers. This webinar will review some of the key considerations that must be addressed when designing systems for safety applications. Topics to be covered include:
- Requirements for SIF design utilizing gas detection
- Typical gas detection SIFs
- Market and compliance requirements for manufacturers of gas detection sensors
- Product certification strategies
Who should attend:
- Gas detection and monitoring OEMs
- Safety Engineers
- Corporate Compliance Engineers and Managers
