exida Enhances Customer Support Options in Response to COVID-19 Virus

We hope this message finds you, your family, and your colleagues well. At exida we appreciate the trust you place in our solutions and services to support you in achieving your functional safety, cybersecurity, and alarm management needs. We are committed to supporting you as we all work through the new challenges created by COVID-19.

exida has been, and will continue to work with our customers to minimize impact on current and future projects. We want to share some of the capabilities and procedures we have put in place to support this.

Improved Remote Meeting Capability:

  • We have dedicated several conference rooms and equipped them for improved remote presence capabilities. This allows us to participate in and facilitate remote multisite meetings with larger groups and provide services such as HAZOPs, HARAs, LOPAs, and CHAZOPs. 
  • We have enabled our employees to work 100% remotely if needed.
  • We have equipped a Live Streaming Studio to allow us to provide live, video presence training courses.
  • We have defined a remote Certification Audit process to keep all certification projects moving.

Enhanced Training Options:

  • On Demand: exida has a broad selection of courses available On Demand. For a list of available course please see https://www.exida.com/Training/Online.
  • Live Streaming: exida can provide any course through Live Streaming.

CFSE/CACE:

Personnel certification exams are now available on-line with remote exam proctoring.
