Functional Safety Management (FSM) for IEC 61511
Recording Date: November 2016
Functional Safety Management (FSM) is the “glue” that holds the Safety Lifecycle together in IEC61511. To be compliant, End Users need to have a FSM plan in place that covers ALL phases of the Safety Lifecycle: Analysis, Implementation & Operation. FSM is about the 3 Ps: People, Paperwork and Procedures and is specifically intended to help reduce and/or prevent systematic failures creeping into the lifecycle. The webinar explains why this is so important and highlights what needs to be done to achieve compliance. If you are an End User then you should find this webinar useful and informative.
